Orders
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. We begin processing orders quickly to maintain freshness, so we’re unable to make any changes after checkout.

Returns and Refunds
All baaked goods are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. As our products are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns on food items.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives significantly damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing baakerybarn@gmail.com

Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item

We’ll review each case individually and do our best to provide a suitable resolution.
